In August 2011, Industrial Agents & Services Ltd will be celebrating 25 years as authorized agent for Mitutoyo in New Zealand.
The company was originally registered in 1986 by Dave Bos, who ran the company from premises in Browns Bay until 1993 when Geoff Faithfull took over. The company moved into their current premises in East Tamaki in July 1997, and has continued to supply Mitutoyo precision measuring instruments through a network of engineering distributors throughout the country.
During a visit in May 2011 by Mr. Etsuo Matsunaka and Mr. Rick Lim from Mitutoyo Asia Pacific, a Letter of Appreciation was presented to Geoff to commemorate the occasion.
